Big White Cloud present a haunting vision – stark whispered passages erupt into screaming eruptions of sound. Intricate drum patterns stretch trance like from dark recesses while contorted guitar tones splinter across the bleak sonic landscapes this band evoke. Big White Cloud commit to the space between jazz and noise traditions of improvised music, by the likes of Keiji Haino, Merzbow and Sonny Sharrock.

The album was recorded in one night with restrictions on equipment, Woland the guitarist used only two effects pedals a mooger fooger ring mod and a digitech whammy processing a broken acoustic guitar. The drums were performed by the enigmatic Eddie Griffiths noise jazz legend of the Yorkshire Valley. The albums broken tones and frenetic drums combine to create a Big White Cloud of sound, a sonic maelstrom so intense it could fall apart as quick as it appeared. Listen Loud
